Each day features a simple, manageable task designed to help you recharge, reflect, and feel your best.

How It Works

  2. Follow Along: Complete the daily task and check it off on your calendar.
  3. Reflect: At the end of the month, take a moment to reflect on how you feel and what habits you want to keep.


30-Day Self-Care Challenge Calendar

Here’s a sneak peek at the daily tasks:

Week 1: Reset Your Mind

  1. Write down 3 things you’re grateful for.
  2. Spend 10 minutes meditating or practicing deep breathing.
  3. Declutter one small space in your home.
  4. Go to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual.
  5. Write a positive affirmation and repeat it throughout the day.
  6. Take a walk outside and soak up some fresh air.
  7. Unplug from screens for 1 hour before bed.

Week 2: Nourish Your Body
8. Start your day with a glass of water.
9. Try a new healthy recipe for dinner.
10. Stretch for 10 minutes.
11. Take a relaxing bath or shower with your favorite products.
12. Swap one unhealthy snack for a nutritious option.
13. Practice good posture all day.
14. Treat yourself to a face mask or skincare routine.

Week 3: Recharge Your Soul

26. Write down 3 accomplishments you’re proud of.
27. Spend 15 minutes in nature.
28. Practice mindfulness by focusing on the present moment.
29. Treat yourself to something special (a small gift, a treat, etc.).
30. Reflect on the past 30 days—what self-care habits will you keep?
